ZySign

Signatures that hold up when someone checks.

Bylaws, board minutes, banking resolutions, leases and agreements. Upload a PDF, sign it, invite up to five others, and get back a signed copy with a Signature Certificate that any bank, lender or certifying body can verify.

ZySign is in its pilot. Free accounts are first in line when it opens to everyone.

minutes, start to finish

A Georgia corporation opening a business bank account needed restated bylaws, a waiver of notice and board minutes with a banking resolution, signed by all four directors. Each document went out through ZySign, was signed on a phone, and came back with its own Signing ID for the bank to verify.

The Documents Behind the Deal

Built for the records institutions read.

A lender, a bank or a certifying body never meets you. They read what is on file. ZySign gives those records a signing trail they can check for themselves.

Opening a business bank account

Board minutes, a banking resolution naming who may sign, and the Secretary's Certificate the bank asks for.

Applying for a loan or line of credit

A resolution authorizing the borrowing and confirming which officer may sign for the business.

Building a certification file

Signed bylaws, minutes and ownership records for women-owned, minority-owned and small business certification applications.

Everyday business agreements

Office leases, vendor and contractor agreements, and confidentiality agreements with the people you work with.

How It Works

Four steps, about a minute for each signer.

  1. 1

    Upload

Choose any PDF up to 25 MB. It stays exactly as you uploaded it.

  2. 2

    Invite

Add up to five co-signers by name, email and role. They need no account.

  3. 3

    Sign

Everyone reads the full document, agrees to sign electronically, and signs on a phone or computer.

  4. 4

    Verify

The signed copy goes to every signer, and anyone can confirm it at getzytrion.com/verify.

The Signed Copy

Proof travels with the document.

Your pages stay exactly as you wrote them. ZySign adds what a reviewer needs to trust the signatures, and keeps an audit trail that no one can edit, including Zytrion.

Try Verify
01

Signing ID on every page

Each page of your document carries the same Signing ID, so a page cannot be swapped without showing.

02

A signature page

Every signer's name, role and signature, with the date and time each one signed.

03

A Signature Certificate

Who signed, in what role, when each person agreed to sign electronically, when they signed, and from what network address.

04

A fingerprint of the original

The certificate records a code computed from the file exactly as uploaded. Change one character and the code changes.

Pricing

Pay per document. No subscription.

Each document you send uses one. Documents are good for 12 months, and a request you cancel before anyone signs gives its document back.

Questions

Is an electronic signature legally valid?

For most business records, yes. The federal E-SIGN Act and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act give electronic signatures the same effect as handwritten ones for most documents. Some documents still need ink or a notary, and those are listed below.

Do the people I invite need an account?

No. Each co-signer receives a private link by email that works for 14 days. Reminders go out on day 3 and day 7.

How does a bank or lender check the document?

They enter the Signing ID at getzytrion.com/verify to see the document title, the business, the completion date and each signer's name and role. Check this file confirms that a copy is the exact signed file, without uploading it anywhere.

What if I send it by mistake?

Cancel the request before anyone has signed and the document is returned to your account.

What should not be signed through ZySign?

Wills and testamentary trusts; documents that must be notarized, witnessed or recorded with a government office, such as deeds; court filings; and a bank's, lender's or agency's own forms. Those follow their own process. You are responsible for the content of what you send, and Zytrion is not a party to your documents. See the Terms of Use.

Put the proof on file.

The next time a bank, a lender or a certifier asks who approved it, the answer is already signed and verifiable.
