A governance standard, built to be read by institutions.
Lenders, agencies, certifying bodies, and procurement offices decide through documents. They never meet the founder. Zytrion Infrastructure Group publishes the standard that tells a business what those readers look for, measures how close it is, and certifies it when the record proves it.
The Method
What GRID measures
The GRID Diagnostic scores a business against five pillars of governance readiness and places it in one of four tiers, from Unstable to Governed. Each tier has a defined path to the next, and the same five pillars carry through every kit, every review, and every certificate.
Authority Clarity
Who is allowed to decide, sign, and spend, in writing.
Responsibility Ownership
Every recurring duty has a named owner and a standard.
Money Containment
Business money stays separate, and every movement has a basis.

How the standard stays credible
The score cannot be bought
GRID is free. No purchase changes a score, a tier, or the order in which the findings appear.
Certification is earned on evidence
The Zytrion Standard is issued only when all five pillars are proven on record and held over a look-back window, scored against one published rubric.
Reviewers have no stake in the outcome
Reviewers are paid the same whether a submission passes or fails, disclose their conflicts, and step aside from any business they are related to, invest in, or advise. The founder does not certify any business she holds a stake in.
Public numbers are real numbers
Internal test runs are excluded from every count we publish. Individual results are never published, and any research we release is reported only in aggregate.

LaVonne Norrils
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
LaVonne Norrils has spent thirty years in technology process governance, beginning at MCI WorldCom in 1996. Her work since has run through national wireless and fiber network buildouts, a banking procure-to-pay center of excellence, and enterprise SAP transformations, the kind of programs where authority, money, and evidence have to agree before anything moves.
She built Zytrion around a pattern she saw in every one of them. Institutions run on records, and the rules for those records were written around people who already held them. Founders without that instruction were asked to produce the same file anyway, and many read the result as a verdict on themselves. Zytrion translates the standard into steps a founder can complete, and then holds the business to it.
She is also a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public.
